Tournament structure
Twelve groups of four. Top two from each group plus the eight best third-placed sides go through to a Round of 32, then standard knockout to the final.
Real opponents
Group A is Mexico, South Africa, South Korea, Czechia. Group L is England, Croatia, Ghana, Panama. Every group matches the real 2026 draw.

Pick which country your XI takes the place of. Your historical figures play their fixtures — at home in their host city if they're a host nation, on the road if they're not.
Match engine
Per-line Poisson model: your attack vs their defence, midfield differential adds a tempo boost. Expected goals clamped between 0.15 and 4.50 so even huge mismatches stay watchable.
